About us
We are located in the heart of Wan Chai, on Lockhart Road. Our boutique pole and aerial dance studio features a wooden floor and full-length mirrors, as well as stunning skyline and mountain views. The studio is bathed in sunlight. It's quintessentially Hong Kong. This is our home turf.
We are a five-minute walk from MTR Wan Chai Exit A1, and you can easily get here by bus, minibus or tram. You can also walk from Exit A3 of the Exhibition Centre in six minutes, or from Exit C of Causeway Bay in eight minutes.
We provide all the necessary equipment, including 6 X-Poles (40mm/45mm steel, chrome and brass), yoga mats, wheels, chairs, blocks, foam rollers, myofascial balls, aerial hammocks, hoops, silks, safety mats, monkey bars and Bluetooth speakers.
We offer a variety of classes, including pole dancing, chair dance, fitness, contortion, flexibility and stretching, inversions, and restorative sound baths. The classes go from beginner level to advanced level. Class sizes are small, with a maximum of six or eight students.
